These terms govern your use of Buymyacres.com (the "Site") and any offer or inquiry you submit through it. Any actual purchase of land is governed exclusively by a written purchase contract signed by both parties and closed through a licensed title company — the Site itself is not a contract.
You agree to provide truthful information in inquiries and to disclose facts material to a sale (ownership, liens, taxes, disputes, access issues) before contracting. We rely on public records and information you supply; where county records are outdated or wrong, both parties work through title to resolve it or either party may decline to proceed.
By submitting an inquiry you consent to contact about your property by phone, call, text (including automated/pre-recorded technology), and email as set out in the form notice and our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer. You may revoke or limit consent at any time (STOP, "no call", or contact us); revocation applies going forward. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state registries and rules.
Where permitted, we may structure purchases as assignable contract acquisitions and, before any binding agreement, disclose our intent and our contractual (equitable) interest in plain language as required by applicable state law. Sellers always receive the full picture in writing before signing anything.
Nothing on this Site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Property sales can carry tax and legal consequences (especially inherited and financing-encumbered parcels). Consult your own attorney or CPA before closing any real estate transaction.
The Site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits obligations we actually sign for in a written purchase contract, or liability that cannot be limited by law (including our own fraud or willful misconduct under applicable statutes).
Site content is ours; you may view and print it for personal use. Do not scrape, spam, probe, or attack the Site or submit false inquiries. Automated abuse is blocked and reported.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that any obligation arising from a signed land purchase contract is governed by that contract and the law it chooses. We'll always try to resolve concerns directly first — most issues are solved with a phone call.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date changes with material edits. Your continued use after an update means you accept it.
